This sweatshirt has been the object of my desire for some time now. Whenever I feel like I need some retail therapy I put it in my etsy cart, yet for some reason I just haven't sealed the deal. I'm not sure why (seriously, I've been coveting it for months), however looking at it again today, I'm thinking maybe it's because it looks like the scissors are about to lop off a boob. Is it just me? It's in my cart now - it could go either way...

Miraculously, I have a finished project. The color is terribly off- think magenta, brown, olives and reds.

Pattern: Railroad Rib socks by Evelyn Clark - distributed by Fibertrends
Yarn: Hazel Knits Cami Chic
Needles: US#1 (2.25mm) Crystal Palace Bamboo DPNs

I kind of feel like a slacker since all of my sock FO's of late are just one sock. But hey, they are for trunk shows - no need to knit two. This is one I wish I could keep for me - fits perfectly!

Next to go on the needles: Sam's Truffle Mitts... So cute!

That top is too edgy for me (ha, did I make a pun there?) but I bet it would look cool on you.

Your Cami sock looks like it has a LOT more magenta than mine. I wonder if it's because my Forward&Back socks have a denser rib/lace pattern?

what color will you use for the mitts?

It's not just you -- those are some poorly placed scissors. I love the idea though. (Also, what's going on with the right sleeve? Is it just a little stretched out?)

I like the top... but it does look like there could be some boob carnage. Your sock looks great! Only 5 weeks until you are down here! No.. I'm not counting or anything :)

Buy it, buy it, buy it... if only to put that poor seller out of their misery. :D

And it's cool.

Ooo, love the socks and I'm dying to make those mitts too :) I feel you on the sweatshirt looking like it might be heading for some harm to the boobage, but I bet it would look great on you anyway! Why not treat yourself? I'm sure you deserve it :)
